String or Paper Strip
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string
- Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger
- Mark where the paper/string overlaps
- Lay flat and measure the length in mm — this is your circumference

Pro Tips for Accuracy
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers are slightly larger in the evening
- Avoid measuring when fingers are cold or swollen
- Measure 3 times and take the average for best accuracy
- If between sizes, size up — it's easier to resize down
- Wider bands fit tighter — consider sizing up half a size for wide rings
