Warranty Policy
Last updated July 2026
Every Verasah piece is backed by our Manufacturing Warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read below to understand what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to any other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we warrant to you that the products we supply to you will be free from defects ("Warranty"). This Warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia and is governed by the laws of Victoria.
Our Warranty applies to any fault, error or defect in the products ("Defect").
Within the Warranty Period, if you believe your product has a Defect:
- Stop using the product.
- Contact us in writing with a photo and description of the Defect, and upload any accompanying certificates.
- If we ask you to, return the defective product to us together with all packaging, parts, accessories, documentation, accompanying certificates and proof of purchase.
When we receive the returned product, we will assess the alleged defect and determine whether the claim is valid under our Warranty.
We will, at our own cost:
- Repair or replace the product — the decision of whether to repair or replace is at our sole discretion; or
- If we're unable to repair or replace the product, offer you a choice of a credit, refund or compensation as applicable to the Defect.
- Dents, abrasions, and scratches on settings caused by everyday wear.
- Stone chips, nicks, or breakage from impact, including along the girdle or exposed edges.
- Corrosion, pitting, or discoloration from exposure to chemicals including bleach, cleaning products, chlorine, perfumes, or makeup.
- Worn-down prongs or clasps from general use over time.
- Loss of a gemstone attributable to wear and tear rather than a confirmed setting defect.
- Damage arising from customer mishandling or misuse.
- Any repair or alteration performed by a jeweller other than us or our service partners will void your Warranty.
