We take great care in getting your Verasah piece to you safely. Please read the below to understand how we handle shipping, crafting timelines, and delivery.
Delivery options
Verasah offers complimentary express shipping on Australian orders over $500. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and begin once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Order processing & crafting times
Most Verasah pieces are made to order and typically require up to 7-8 weeks to craft before dispatch. Crafting completion dates for each product are displayed on the individual product page.
Delivery timeframes are estimates from our shipping partners. During peak periods, public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, actual delivery times may vary.
Crafting upgrade options
Express crafting upgrade
A$1,000
Prioritises your order to the front of our crafting queue. The expected completion date when this upgrade is selected will be displayed on the product page.
Priority crafting upgrade
A$200
Expedites your order within our standard crafting schedule. The expected completion date when this upgrade is selected will be displayed on the product page.
Tracking & signature on delivery — All Verasah orders are dispatched via insured Australia Post with full tracking, and signature required on delivery. The parcel can be tracked via the Australia Post mobile app, web-portal and our website. Verasah holds responsibility for your order until it has been delivered and signed for.
Delivery address & packaging
Residential or business address required
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please ensure a valid residential or business delivery address is provided at checkout.Discreet packaging
All outbound packaging is plain and discreet. The Verasah brand name does not appear on the exterior of any parcel.Australia-only shipping
We do not currently ship outside of Australia. All orders must have a valid Australian delivery address. If you wish to order from overseas, please email us on orders@verasah.com to find out if we can deliver.Unsuccessful delivery
In case of an unsuccessful delivery at the delivery address, the delivery person will reach out via phone/email or leave a caller card and the parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office/collection point. If the parcel is not collected within 7 business days, it will be returned to Verasah. If the parcel is returned to Verasah, you will need to pay for shipping for a second attempt.Questions?
